Financial Services Board

The FSB, established as a statutory body in 1990, is not a government body and is financed by the financial services industry itself, with no contribution from the public purse. It supervises the exercise of control over the activities of financial institutions and financial services, excluding banks and mutual banks. It also acts in an advisory capacity to the Minister of Finance.
